These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Educationova. By accessing our platform, leadership programs, or strategic resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these provisions.
Educationova is a Canadian entity headquartered in Montréal. Our strategic workshops and digital modules are designed as high-precision instruments for executive calibration. Usage of these tools requires adherence to our professional standards.
All digital assets, curriculum modules, and interactive soundboards hosted on educationova.store.
Any executive, C-suite professional, or organizational leader accessing Educationova resources.
The proprietary frameworks, tuning methodologies, and board-level Stressor models developed by our faculty.
All content within the Leadership Programs and Executive Insights is the intellectual property of Educationova. Like the internal hammers of a concert grand, our strategic frameworks are precision-tuned instruments provided for your individual organizational use only.
Reproduction of modules, strategic alignment tracks, or faculty insights for third-party commercial use is strictly prohibited without written consent.
Modification of our digital transformation workshop tools or board simulators constitutes a breach of structural resonance and this agreement.
Our resources are calibrated for senior executives. By registering for any curriculum track, you represent that you meet our minimum professional threshold.
Participants are expected to hold a minimum of 10 years of management experience or an active C-suite role in their respective organization.
If registering on behalf of an organization (e.g., Strategic Board Alignment), you must have the legal authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Any attempt to disrupt the digital resonance of our servers or bypass high-security executive access protocols is strictly monitored.
Submitting false professional credentials or obfuscating organizational data during the Needs Calibration phase results in immediate termination of service.

Educationova provides the frameworks and tuning environments necessary for elite leadership, but we do not guarantee specific corporate outcomes, salary increases, or admissions to external bodies. Leadership is a self-facilitated process; our tools are instruments, not automated operators.
Our programs may occasionally reference market stressors or multi-sector data. Educationova is not responsible for the accuracy of external fiscal environments or the strategic integrity of Participating Firms mentioned in our anonymized case studies.
"Educationova is provided on an 'As-Is' and 'As-Available' basis."
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Québec and Canada, Educationova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from organizational decisions made using our methodologies.
Agreement to start calibration does not guarantee a curriculum slot. We assess organizational resonance before finalizing faculty assignments.
Attendance at workshops is the sole responsibility of the Participant. Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled due to faculty board commitments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of the District of Montréal.
